The product itself is great. I purchased the Pod pro and chiller, it fits perfectly in the storage room in my basement. The water temperature remains within 1 -1.5 degrees of what temperature I set the chiller. The setup should be easy, however the instructions are poor at best. There are several rubber gaskets and clamps that come with the chiller, there are no instructions on how/when to use these. I found out through several trial and error attempts. I am impressed and surprised with the quality of the Ice Pod. I spent a great deal of time going back and forth trying to decide what cold plunge to get. Shipping was fast, every was packaged well, and the fit/finish is much better than I expected. It does what it is supposed to.
