The Ice Pod Pro was a great buy. We love taking the plunge. The Pod was very easy to set up and get ready for use. It is more sturdy than I expected. I purchased the bundle upgrade which provided me ice brick, an interior insulated cover and a thermometer. If I had one criticism, it would be the standard cover which is just a flimsy nylon cover. I expected an insulated hard cover based on the adds and pictures. Either was, I am very pleased with my Ice Pod Pro and use it almost daily.

Easy to install and use. Typically use about 6-8 ice cubes with cold shower and get a great “chill” experience when I don’t have time for a full plunge. Nothing beats the plunge but this is a close second!

I have mine set up in my garage, and its still 90 degrees here during the day. My Pro Chiller maintains a constant 50 degrees with a 3 degree +/- Its definitely the way to go if you plan on using your cold plunge on the regular, and will save you money in the long run from having to buy a lot of ice.

We have had the chiller hooked up for 11 days and I’ve been cold plunging every morning for 3 minutes at 42 degrees. My inflammation and soreness has been reduced significantly! You notice pain more when you have it than when it goes away. When it goes away you move on and have to think about it to remember it. That’s where I am at. I’m a believer.

The sauna pod is a game changer! I set it to 185 and let it warm up for 10-15 mins before use and it’s perfect when I get in. Very capable of getting a dripping sweat just like the sauna at the gym or spa. I use a towel on the floor to catch sweat drips and hold the feet and another towel for the chair to keep it from getting saturated. I love the sauna pod so far. It’s a great product and I really like that the chair is comfortable. The only issue I had in assembly was putting the cover on. It was very tight and hard to zip the door closed. I had to zip it as far as I was comfortable then wait a day for the cover to stretch then zip it a little more until I could finally zip it all the way closed. Left it that way for a few days and it’s still a little tight but I can at least zip and unzip the door now.
