I feel my stomach is calmer and it seems to slow down the sudden urges to run to the bathroom urgently! When I skip a day or two I notice the difference right away! I drink turmeric, lemon and ginger tea first thing in the morning. That. Definitely has an effect on my bowels. When I take Emma the other urgency is not so strong and I seem to have better control of my bowel movements.

Before Emma, I was always bloated after a meal and was having trouble with constipation. WoW, just wow! After taking Emma for one week I was relieved of the diarrhea I had off and on for 10 years. Recently having been diagnosed with Microscopic colitis which causes severe diarrhea, I have no diarrhea and it seems to be healing my colon.
