really nothing to share. Easy to order but when receiving the product there were absolutely NO instructions on its use other than, "take one tablet daily". Yet, in the many volumes of emails received daily, it says different things. From the moment you order product (before you eve receive it) you get so many emails daily one doesn't know what to do.
