Been help since 3rd day I took Emma,****as a kid I don't remember do pooping much,as adult take laxatives at Friday,n stay home running to bathroom, Saturday all day,watery pooping, after pooping make me very tired,sometimes take fiber,this makes it worst and end up taking laxatives, this is a cycles..****since taking Emma **** i go daily **** atlot times i said to myself ***I can't believe inside hold so much poops***Thank you Doctor *****

I tried Emma because I was having problems with constipation even though I exercise regularly, drink lots of water, and eat a healthy diet filled with fiber. Since I started taking Emma, I have had no problems with constipation. I have daily bowel movements, sometimes twice a day. I recently traveled which always has caused constipation in the past. This time- not one issue. I have been able to quit taking laxatives. I’m ready to reorder this amazing product. It really works as advertised !
