I don't throw around the term "life changing" freely, but my results from Emma are just that. After a year of chronic constipation accompanied by overall non-specific gut issues, I was feeling positive results within a week. No matter how 'full' one gets or constipated following a few or many days of no bathroom success, I can count on 2-EMMA capsules to set things right. Emma has been so helpful with much better bowel movements I had a serious colon surgery a few years back that left scar tissue. I also have many diverticular pockets, and all this hinders my having good bowel movements.
