i am 76 and struggled with constipation taking harsh laxatives to get through the day. EMMA seemed like a better option and worth a try. After taking about 3 days of taking I realized I was going on a regular basis.. still some straining but going. It didn’t make me go, It let me go. No sudden rushes to the bathroom just a natural urge and full control as it should be. On my third bottle and will reorder next month. It works.

Years ago, I was poisoned by Prilosec and FiberCon. I didn’t know it at the time. I thought it was just stomach issues. I feel my stomach is calmer and it seems to slow down the sudden urges to run to the bathroom urgently! When I skip a day or two I notice the difference right away! I drink turmeric, lemon and ginger tea first thing in the morning. That. Definitely has an effect on my bowels. When I take Emma the other urgency is not so strong and I seem to have better control of my bowel movements.

Before Emma, I was always bloated after a meal and was having trouble with constipation. Since taking Emma for about a month and limiting my food portions, the bloating has improved and I have lost some weight. WoW, just wow! After taking Emma for one week I was relieved of the diarrhea I had off and on for 10 years.
