There are so many ads out there. My advice is that I tried Emma and it works for me. I think that the key is what works for you. Give it a try. I tried several and most of them caused constipation with severe pain, that's not for you. You know yourself and if it doesn't feel right, and you've tried taking it different times of the day and drink lots of water and you don't feel right, then stop. And please try everything one product at a time.
