Will never go w/o this product!!!! Helps keep you regular w/o bloating. If you have a chest heal it helps w/ the after affects of that as well. I used to take fiber daily & would get stomach bloat & discomfort. After watching this video I immediately stopped taking fiber & never will take it again. This product is a game changer.

Emma has really helped me with my "Going" problem. It takes a few days to kick in, but I can tell the difference when I use it regularly. Another good thing about it is that it doesn't cause excessive cramping or discomfort after my daily regimen. When it becomes more difficult to eliminate my stools, I would sometimes take 2 tablets in the A.M. and 2 more tablets in the P.M. with a lot of water. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has not been able to "Go" every day.
