Always liked the powder. It is always very consistent and makes a wonderful shake when blended with ice and skim milk. If you want to get decadent you can substitute frozen black cherries for the ice.

Awesome Protein. I care about what I put in my body and this simple, one ingredient, protein tastes great and fits my needs.
