I use cold water, some crushed ice, a scoop of peanut better, a scoop of frosted marshmallow, and a teaspoon or two of Hearthy Foods Grass Fed gelatin powder, which thickens the shake a bit more, has no taste, no carbs, and even adds a little more protein.
