Okay soooo I’m big on looking at the reviews. If I see too many negatives, I’m on to the next. So y’all know what I did… when I got them, I started ASAP. Taking 2, twice a day. Today is day 3… walking around the house, I could just feel how wet I was. I put a finger up there lol y’all my finger was sooo wet. 😩 can’t imagine what’s gone happen when my boyfriend stays the night again. I think we all know 💦💦💦 Drink plenty of water. So far so good. I’ve been taking this product for almost two weeks now and I’m noticing that after my vigorous exercise routine that the sweat smell is now at a minimal level. I will continue to use this product in hopes that it will thoroughly eliminate the sweaty smell after working out or just being in extra hot weather.

I had seen a lot of advertising for this product on my socials so I decided to give it a try. I started taking them as prescribed and waited to see the results. On my second and third day of taking them, I started noticing results. I would put it in at night and by the next morning I would be cleaned out. I have anxiety and when I sweat it’s a different putrid odor. When I saw Cardi B on TikTok talk about how good it works, I decided to try it. I noticed the results on the third day of using it! Recommend getting the whole bundle! Both of the washes smell and feel so good on the skin, I even use the yummy wash on my face and it doesn’t cause any irritation and smells so well… yummy! So, the Refresh is like toothpaste for the coochie. It leaves you feeling minty fresh for hours. The yummy is just icing on the cake. It will get ya ass ate up. I'm loving these combinations together. I haven't started the capsules yet so I can't comment on those at the moment.
