They are right. We needed a new shower head and thankfully I found the shower head store. Delivery was fast had it in days. The all metal construction is great and fit finish is quality. Took me longer to gather the tools together than it did to hook it up lol but the best part ? I ordered a seperate shower head mount and mounted it lower than the head because our daughter is not on the tall side lol and would always have trouble reaching up lol so I lowered a seperate mount and she loves it ! A few years ago I got back from a vacation where the house had a rainfall showerhead (which I loved); I then updated my master bath to a rainfall shower. But I chose poorly... it started peeling after a few months. So I spent a lot of money on a quality new system, which 3 different plumbers have quoted me over $1000 to install (because it doesn't match my existing system)- nope. Finally, FINALLY I got a rainfall showerhead that is high quality but that is able to be added to my existing system....

This showerhead was ordered for a small closet shower in a back bathroom and were happy that the ORB finish matched perfectly with our bathroom faucets. Entire purchase experience was stellar - Justin was prompt with his replies to my questions - This is an outdoor shower at our summer place. I bought an extension rod and a hand held shower unit to replace the cheap set up I had cobbled together. My original shower head was so high I could barely reach it. It was immediately apparent that the quality of the extension rod and the hand held unit (with holder and hose) from these guys was first rate. I picked up this shower head because I was searching for a new one after my old one broke. I attempted to clean the old one but applied too much force and cracked it. I bought this after looking at a few Dual shower heads. I'm very happy with the new shower head. My brother-in-law is a plumber and he came over to install it. He was very impressed with it. Very simply, I like it, it’s simple and seemingly well made, it looks good. I cannot tell yet how the silicon rubber nozzles will last but they are great now. (And replaceable). I bought the 2.5 gpm version. Initially it was a second nozzle with hose with the initial nozzle (by others) still front and center. This is my second review of these hoses so I can share a photo of the second shower... They are superbly made with 304 stainless (If you know stainless grades, this is the one you want in your shower) and a food grade liner!! They are super flexible so they hang up against the shower wall instead of those cheap hoses with all the bends that make them stick out and look terrible. These are awesome! Ever frustrated that you spend a bunch of money on a fancy showerhead and you get a cheap plastic hose with "spirals" molded into the plastic to make it look like an actual metal encased hose? Well, your frustrations are over! I purchased two of these. One for our guest bath that I recently remodeled and one for our master bath. When my parents visit, they complain that we lack the water pressure in the guest bath to clean the shampoo from their hair (they have pre-1994 water restricting shower heads in their house that pelt your skin). This shower head is all metal, and these days that's rare to come by. I did see other people had issues with water pressure, and I did until I noticed a small leak, once I tightened up the hose the pressure was strong. Water pressure does all depend on the pressure you get into your pipes, if you have low pressure already no shower head will fix that.
