Good experience overall. I ordered an extra part I didn't need and had to return it. I ordered but didn't need the "All Metal Hand Held Shower Head Holder Universal Shower Arm Mount" because it is included with the "All Metal Handheld Shower Head Set - High Pressure 1-Spray - 2.5 GPM". When I received this item I could not believe the weight and general high build quality and polished appearance. Fittings were properly machined to the extent that I didn't even need to use thread tape on either terminal and there was not a single leak, even at hand tight. We were replacing worn out fixtures and could not get over the high price and plastic used in many handhelds. I needed oil rubbed bronze (shown here) and it’s a dead match for the master valve and shower head of a major manufacturer. The weight and quality is outstanding, the pressure is luxurious. We bought this for our small bathroom remodel, and so far I am extremely pleased. In addition to being a great bidet, it is amazing for blasting out laundry stains. This is very functional for us as we do not have a laundry room yet and I no longer need to soak garments in the sink. Great upgrade to our old name brand showerhead. Improvement in water flow makes for a much more enjoyable shower and also quicker for those morning rushes. I always buy Moen because of the quality, support and warranty. However, the last hand held shower heads I've gotten had the plastic knuckle/head holder. After getting frustrated replacing them due to wear I found this all metal/brass one. It's cost is a bit more but is so well worth it. Yeah. I really like it. I swapped a Moen showerhead out for this and wouldn’t go back. The product comes nicely packaged and includes the thread seal tape as in addition to detailed instructions. The instructions say no tools are required. I did need tools to remove my old showerhead, but installed this one hand tight (as tight as I could get it). I had a dingy, dull hand held shower head with a bunch of knobs and buttons that I never liked and always looked cluttery and busy. This lovely chrome showerhead is so sleek!
