After viewing many Amazon listings and browsing HD and Lowes stock I found this company. All metal shower heads!? We had purchased a similar product from a well known manufacturer with more 'features' such as multiple spray patterns and magnetic latching. Unfortunately when we installed it we found the entire unit made from plastic, the latching mechanism flimsy and worse the connections leaked. Purchased two of these dual brushed nickel shower heads for our new house, one for master and one for guest bathroom. There isn't a better handheld shower head that I've found. I've tried several over many years. I have installed these in two of the bathrooms in my house. We ordered the 3 spray dual shower head combo. We love it. I then ordered the 12 inch rain shower head in oil rubbed bronze. It was back ordered for several months. When we did receive it, we were so disappointed that it was received damaged. The Hammerhead store saw our review and promptly responded. We now have the 12 inch rain shower head installed. After several attempts (mostly due to me not reading instructions correctly) the installation was accomplished. I have a small leak where the shower head mates to the shower feed, I didn’t want to crank down on it, too much. I’ll re-tape when I change the filter in six months or so. The quality of the shower head and filter housing are superb. Even the hose from the filter to head was superior to others of the same ilk.
