This was a little bit unusual, but works extremely well. We needed a handheld shower head in an existing shower, and also needed a metal flex hose that wouldn’t kink. We also needed to keep the hose out of the way when in the sauna, so we put a hook in the corner. This was perfect for our situation!

I could NOT be happier with my shower head!! I have two large, long haired dogs and rinsing them is fast & easy after bathing so now they can be washed during the winter months too without having to take them to the dog-wash (saving $45 a trip). Also, I have hard water so I love the replaceable nozzles. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!!!

This is a great shower head! It made our very basic shower feel much more luxurious. My fiancé said it was pretty easy to install and we didn’t have any leaks to trouble shoot, it was one-and-done. The extension arm is great and 100% necessary for our shower, but I’m sure it depends on the individual design of different showers. We’re planning on eventually upgrading the shower head in our other bathroom to one of these, too.

This shower head does the job! I replaced a high end German brand that kept collecting mold in my small bathroom. You can tell that the shower head stores products are well made by the sheer weight of the product. No cheap plastic parts, easy to clean, and you get a fantastic shower!

I purchased the 2-Handle Shower System with 8" Rain & Handheld in Matte Black Back in February. I finally got to install the finished product Last week. Very nice shower head handle. The water pressure is excellent. Because it is all metal you can feel the difference. The rough in part was easy to install as well as the finished install. Definitely would recommend.

Wanted to try the product before installing in our 4 bath retirement home under construction in TN. Quality is excellent so far and while I can recommend, you actually got both recommendation and overall approval from the wife. As you know, that's the only one that matters. Love the quality of the kit but it should be noted that the adjustability of the shower head holder was limited. I ended up needing special order parts ( 3” straight extension and 3.5” increased angle shower arm) to replace the standard shower arm so that the spray pattern would be over the shower taker. Probably my favorite shower head, I replaced a cheap $20 plastic detachable shower head. This one is made of steel, I tested it with a magnet just to be sure. The removable shower head with the 3 settings is all you need, the previous one I had 7 settings. The original shower head I purchased had a broken mist function, contacted customer support the day it was delivered and they sent out a new one and it arrived the next day. The rain shower head valves are easy to remove and replace.
