I needed a 3” shower arm to fit the filter the swivel adapter gave me enough curve for the water to hit middle shower. Without it the water was hitting the back wall in my tub shower.

I have only gotten to use it 3 times now but the guy who did our bathroom said it's obvious that the showerhead system is very nice and worth the extra money. We have a slightly unconventional set up in our home, with no permanent shower head. This fixture allowed us to have a permanent shower head while also having the option for a head down bottom for rinsing in the tub. The fixture is extremely well made, with super smooth movement. We’ve gone through a lot of expensive, yet somehow still garbage, plumbing fixtures. This is one of the only ones that was better than expected. Thanks for caring about quality. .

I've got nothing bad to say about my shower filter so far. I like that the filter is made out of metal rather than plastic since my showers can get pretty hot and I wouldn't want to be showering in microplastics. Installation was pretty straightforward, just remember to use the gaskets where needed.
I've noticed that the water quality has improved significantly because my hair and skin feel better and there's much less mineral buildup in my shower.

We needed a longer shower hose for our master bath shower. I ordered one but sent it back because it was so flimsy. Then I reordered this one. It is much better quality. We also have two of their complete shower heads and like them very much. You can tell the quality difference in their products.

Solid built, love the shiny chrome, and the overall build quality. Not crazy about the placement of showerhead to hand held, they should be swapped ad its too high to reach especially for shorter people. The regulators slow the flow way too much making it a trickle instead of a flow.
Overall still a nice investment vs plastic crap.

The 12" arm allows me to use the 2" shower head at high pressure but at the straight overhead angle that I wanted and gives me the option in the future to change to the 8" rain head if I want to switch up. I like the flexibility of this arrangement and the all metal construction is a huge plus!

Haven't used it yet but installation was easy. The screw stops are great. Was able to turn water back on and test diverter. Once tile is done I'll give it the final test.

Excellent quality product for this price range. Really is all metal construction and I really have no complaints. The three spray patterns are all we need and the hose is metal and lays flat. The holder is metal so you can get it really nice and tight on the plumbing. I've renovated 50 plus apartments and have used all the big brands and you usually need to spend 4x as much and still don't get this good of quality.

We had purchased a similar product from a well known manufacturer with more 'features' such as multiple spray patterns and magnetic latching. Unfortunately when we installed it we found the entire unit made from plastic, the latching mechanism flimsy and worse the connections leaked.

This is by far the best shower head I’ve ever had. The difference is apparent as soon as you open the box. The handheld sprayer and the shower head feel different. They aren’t plastic, they are metal. They are heavy, well made, and seem durable. The flow is infinitely better than our previous shower head. I’m a contractor and remodel bathrooms all the time. Our new shower head by Kohler came with a plastic/rubber hose. Hot water did not loosen it and it was awful. Found this replacement hose at a much more reasonable price than one from Kohler. It fit perfectly and we’re so pleased that we’re ordering another for the basement bathroom!
