Easy to install. Made from materials that look like they will last awhile. Good total water coverage on the normal setting, a little more on the outside edges of the spray pattern with a little less in the center helping to keep your face from getting blasted. Very high pressure on the massage setting which my wife left on one morning before I showered. Talk about getting blasted that was a high pressure wake up call for sure lol. We waited over a month for this hand held shower head to be restocked, and it was well worth the wait. The single spray was the perfect pressure. We have never used the multi spray options that came with our past shower heads, which is why we decided on the single spray. Another item we purchased was the shut off valve. This handheld bidet was a replacement for a previous unit. The water valve in our Toto toilet needed replacement & we were unable to remove the older bidet tee without cutting off a section connected to the valve. The shower head was well packaged and appears to be well made. I appreciate that it is heavy and made out of metal. I did my homework prior to this purchase and could only find shower heads made with plastic parts. This handheld bidet sprayer has been a great addition to our bathroom. Installation was straightforward and quick, with no leaks or issues after setup. We replaced a 6 year old plastic Moen shower head that has become corroded with this new one for my 83 year old Mom in her walk in shower. She had previously complained that she couldn’t reach the old shower head so this 12 inch adjustable arm solves that and lets other taller people in the family adjust the height taller when they are in town for holidays. I recently ordered the 7” Shower Arm, the 12” Adjustible Shower Arm and the 8” Rain Shower Head in brushed nickel for our guest bathroom upgrade.
