I have had this dual showerhead for about a year and a half and have enjoyed it every single day. Recently there was a leak in the hose to the handheld portion. I contacted the company and immediately heard back from them and they promptly sent a replacement free of charge. It was easy to install. Love the quality and water flow of the handheld shower head. This is the fifth one purchased among immediate family members. This model with the extra long hose and pause button is a game changer for helping elderly mother with showering. Previous handheld did not reach her when seated on shower bench. This showerhead has been amazing, and we are so glad we made the purchase. We've had the brush nickel version for about 6 months now and have had no issues with it whatsoever, even with the hard Arizona water we have.
