So I ordered the Blue Rose Bouquet on 12/31/23 & they called me a couple days after placing my order on 1/3/24 due to them being closed for New Year Hoilday which I did not have a problem with but they told me they did not have the blue rose bouquets which is what I had my mind set on. They could’ve at least put on the website sold out or not in stock. Great Flowers. Horrible Staff. Very Rude. Unprofessional and my order was placed hours before I went to pickup and Flowers were not ready. Was told to come back in 20 minutes and staff appeared to have started working on my order but i still had to wait when I arrived. As I arrived back someone was walking out with similar flowers and I was told to be patient as if my order was placed at least 4 hours prior. I had to delay the pickup time for my driver to escort Mom to birthday celebration.

Nice flower arrangement. Since we were staying at a hotel, I was a bit concerned that we might have to leave before the arrangement arrived. Fortunately, the communication regarding the estimated delivery time was excellent. I’ve order from Lex&Roses and I always receive on time and even quick next day deliveries. The pink roses in my pink and red rose bouquet were actually marble white and pink roses when they arrived but overall the quality was still satisfactory. Though, I did order last minute for Valentine’s Day so maybe that played a factor.
