Absolutely thrilled with the customer service and quality of the arrangement! I ordered online from out of state and the shop not only called to confirm my order, but the delivery person sent delivery status updates and even texted me a picture of the gorgeous flowers. What a wonderful experience ordering from Lex & Roses. I placed a same day order literally 2 hrs before my requested delivery time and they were awesome. My daughter was enjoying her 17th birthday dinner with friends in the Miami Design District and I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful bouquet of 50 red Long Stem Roses while she was having dinner.
