My flowers were turning brown upon delivery I sent email through dm and was told they would show photos to upper management and I’d hear back and I later sent another message stating I understand today is busy but I’m a customer like every one else and the response was they are going to send it today not sure if they are sending more flowers a partial refund or what is it exactly that’s being sent out
