Horrible and unprofessional They first tried to deliver to the wrong address without calling me or my wife. Then I paid for another delivery and when it came, out of 3 balloons I got just 1 and it wasn’t the right color (red). The roses were not fresh and looked dead.

I really liked the flowers they were really pretty but I ordered the 100ct and they came as two separate bouquets instead of one big one, which wasn’t stated they would come like that, I also paid extra for the Happy Birthday banner and did not receive it. These cost too much money for your order to come wrong they should be double and triple checked

Delivery came when it was supposed to and the arrangement was amazing. My finance LOVED it

The roses overall were beautiful but the color wasn't has vibrant as the pictures on the website. I also order 2 colors and the morning of,I was told shipment would arrive after my time I needed for delivery so I had to get white with the purple.

did not come with the butterfly’s I had bought, im very saddened and hurt that this was overlooked because that’s the only reason I chose this arrangement over the other ones I was having my eye on. if there’s anyway y’all could make this right I would love to hear from you guys.
