The flowers came a little damaged and the wrap came grey instead of black. The order came a day early that i requested the guy on customer service said UPS doesnt work on Saturday but UPS does work Saturday’s. Customer service was 0/10 i had to call them 100 times and no help. Very disappointed the complete opposite from what i expected

Flowers came two and half days after order, in ups truck no air conditioning all day long delivered at 5:00pm after it said 8:30-12:00 flower were old looking hot crushed on the top and I ordered a butterfly add on and don’t see anything with butterfly’s have no idea what that is spent 177 bucks for flower that looked worse than public’s and Sam’s club, I have a picture of public’s today roses and they were fresh and new they need to use fed ex

I ordered these flowers for my mom’s birthday and I’m really disappointed. It hasn’t even been a full day since they arrived and the flowers already look like they’re dying. For the price I paid, I expected them to be fresh and last at least a few days. This was supposed to be a special gift, but instead it feels like a waste of money.

Lex&Roses’ customer service is out of this world!!! I selected the incorrect date for delivery and they responded fast and even sent my order express to get it delivered at a sooner date… once the roses arrived they were the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever spent money on, and the recipient definitely felt the same. She used all the adjectives synonymous with “they’re gorgeous” to describe them lol 10/10 recommend will be buying again!!!!!

My friend sent me the picture of the bouquet (the one I attached to this review). I was so disappointed. The bouquet was delivered with zero flower processing. Outer dead bruised petals were not removed, flowers not properly opened, the leaves were not removed. I order from Lex Roses all the time and they have always done such a great job. This time I was disappointed to see carnations in the arrangement and that the eucalyptus branches were not added. Just not the quality I’m used to from them. I’m a little disappointed, I hope their quality isn’t going down.
