Ordered this a while ago but had to wait for someone to assist in getting it installed. It went up today and his jacket gets first honours! I really like this, it is very sturdy and smart. Will really help organise coats etc. and we can now go into the downstairs loo without being ambushed by jackets! Thoroughly recommend. Good price and good service.

Absolutely love my coat hooks! I requested a bespoke measurement as i needed just 1 cm less than standard item on the website but wanted to retain 10 Hooks. Contacted off the grain and it was possible for a small fee but well worth it! We love our new coat rack. We chose the 10 hook one in oak and it’s perfect for our needs. It fits perfectly in our porch. We are a family of four so we now all have plenty of room for our coats and bags. It arrived well packed and is very well made. We did have to substitute the supplied screws for longer ones to give it more grip to the wall but that was a very minor thing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Off the Grain.

I’m very happy with the coatrack. I used M4 70mm spring toggles to fix it to a hollow stud wall. No problems with that and it’s secure. It’s perfect for this small space. My grandchildren love it and soon filled it up with jackets, headphones and other paraphernalia. For older visitors I can hang coat hangers from the pegs.

Stumbled on off the grain while looking for a supplier for a fire beam. They are fairly local to us. So glad we chose them. The oak beam is hand made and finished to a beautiful standard and really sets our room off. Delivery was around a week or so which considering it was made for us is good! Delighted with this, the wood is beautiful, with a lovely walnut finish. It may be only coat hooks, but it has brought some extra style to our hallway and is very in keeping with our Victorian house. We really liked being able to choose the exact number of hooks that we wanted, and the shelf is a useful addition.
