Package arrived as expected. Didn't take photos because I wanted to get the fish portioned out and into the freezer. The 5kg of frozen Basa fillets ended up being 18 good size fillets. Oven roasted with lemon and pepper seasoning served on kumara mash with steamed pak choy, broccoli and carrots. Hubby loves it. Definitely buying this again. Want to try the Kahawai and Tuna sometime.

The hapuka arrived first thing in the morning. Well looked after wit ha lot of ice bags. Invited friends for dinner and they thought it was the best hapuka they have had. I quickly had seared in the pan with fresh ginger and oil and then roasted in the oven.

before christmas i ordered premier bundle and thought it was going to take a few days to be ready. but it was ready within a few hours.... so i had to go and pick it up. but the mussels & clam were great, crab was frozen but you didnt have to clean it, so put that in blackbean & chilli , I cut the tail off the lobster and because i wasnt going to eat that soon.... I had to freeze that but it was o.k in the crab sause. still have scallops to go... & I also bought some extra snapper fillets stil...
