Absolutely delicious!!! When you are too old to go diving anymore, and crayfish was always on the food list each week we could not say NO to trying one. We ordered and it arrived very quickly. Well cooked and absolutely impossible to share. We had to devour it immediately.
The only possible solution was to order some more.

Was concerned about the parcel arriving 2 days after dispatch, luckily the Kina was still frozen, and the fillets were just softening around the edges enough so I was able to fillet them all.

Delivery was slower than expected. Ordered on a Thursday and didn't get my seafood until the following Monday - which is fine with most on-line orders but this was seafood. However, it did arrive, was fresh and the prawns frozen. Enjoying the quality of the purchase. I was hoping to serve the crayfish on the Saturday, but it was very good on Monday night albeit - some guests missed out. All the more for me!!!!

Fabulous price. Found best way to cook octopus : Fill a pot w0ith enough water to cover the octopus. I add half a spoon of salt, 1 desertspoon chilli flakes , 1 tbspoon smoked paprika, herbs or anything you fancy. When its boiling add the octopus and simmer on a low heat for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Then add to any recipe...Asian, italian whatever

Great fresh seafood from Scott Seafood - beautiful fresh snapper and wonderful Tasmanian scallops yum! The tracking service with NZ Post worked well and the polystyrene cool box was still very cold with some solid ice when it arrived. Would prefer to have the fresh fish vacuum packed on dispatch.

I bought 1 kilogram of snapper fillets and honestly, they didn’t last 24 hours in my kitchen! The fillets were incredibly fresh, beautifully cleaned, and had a delicate, slightly sweet flavor that was just perfect.
