I ordered a print on black friday that was running a BOGO deal. It didn't realize it required adding 2 to the cart and putting in a promo. Completely understand that was my bad. I emailed them right away after ordering to see how I could get the end one added. The first response directed me to call, which I was super busy with life and mom who has terminal cancer, who one of the pictures was for. I messaged in the design about it and then later messaged customer service to see of they could help...
