I enjoyed being able to customize the picture to a certain extent with the choice of flowers. The picture looks nice and as advertised. However, the frame it came in is quite flimsy and cheap considering the price. It was slightly bent when it arrived so I had to lay it flat with some heavy books on it for 24 hours to flatten it out.

It's a nice idea - but i think it is over priced for what you get. It's sort of a cut and paste model of "design". Which I kinda knew, but found more disappointing once I received it. The frame hanger on the back is a sawtooth version, which means that if you hang it, the art hanging hook will be exposed at the top and it looks pretty tacky next to real art. Initially was not very happy because it came with several wrinkles throughout the picture… I believe it’s because it did not come on a rolled cylinder… I believe that would be helpful… Luckily you have decided to send me a new one and I I’m hoping that it comes without any wrinkles… I gave it to my daughter. The idea is great. Unfortunately they failed to deliver the product quickly. It was disappointing to spend that much money and have it come over a week past Christmas (weeks after I approved the piece). Also right after I ordered I got blasted with ads like crazy offering better deals. Not worth the $150.

The final product turned out great. My issue was the communication. Once I approved my file- I never received an email with next steps on how to print. I chose to self-print and once I approved the file, I did not know my next steps. After several e-mails and waiting for a response (which was not timely) one representative told me the steps to take. That would've been helpful once the file was approved.
