Prints are nice. Wouldn’t purchase from them again. Ordered well before Christmas and was included in their Christmas guarantee. Did not receive prints until after the new year. Was in contact with customer service trying to get answers and they couldn’t have been less helpful.

Took a bit longer than usual to receive my preview. I received an empty preview and no one responded to my inquiries. I had to Facebook message the company to find it was supposedly due to a glitch. Product itself was nice but everything else that I was supposed to get never came. For example, I was supposed to receive stories that bloom ebook, and a digital version of the design among other items. I never received anything except the print.

While I like the finished product,I had emailed and asked if I would get to approve the picture before it was completed.I did not receive a proof beforehand.

Frame was cheap- flaking black off the wood. I purchased just the canvas and my own frames off Amazon for my mom and mil. Wish I would have done that for myself.
