The proof process was painless and quick - I had a few corrections and the artist turned around the updates in short order. The website does list the two possible flowers for each month so you have an idea of what to expect. Unfortunately, the lead time from order to delivery was significant. Flower bouquet looks great, and the design review process was smooth and very easy. Print is high quality and colors look great. We ordered the print without an frame after seeing many reviews about framed versions being damaged during shipment. Now it’s turning out to be quite difficult and expensive to have it framed, because the bouquet is not centered on the print. I absolutely love the finished product! I ordered mine to be framed and it came looking great. It's going to be an awesome gift! My only issue was during the design phase, after 'rejecting' the design 2 times because they did not make the changes needed (Wrong flowers for birth months) I had to just go back the 3rd time and type out the 2 options of flowers (that are listed on the website) for each person for their birth month. I got two pieces and I absolutely love them! The only thing I didn’t love was I ordered black frames and they came in wood frames. One was a gift and I actually think the person I am gifting it to will love it. One was for myself and the room it is going into has black furniture so I wish it was a black frame. The finished product is lovely and the recipient (my mother-in-law, who is a gardener and loves flowers) loved it. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the frequent order and shipment updates. The only reason I took off 1 star is because I did not like the protective film on both sides of the "glass" (plastic) that covered the artwork. I really want to give this 5 stars. However I ordered a framed picture. The picture came in the frame, but the adhesive was still on the plastic coating. When opening the back of the frame to take off the coating off of both sides, one of the metal pieces that holds the frame in place broke off. Then, when applying the adhesive, since I am not a professional framer, it is off a little bit and doesn’t look perfectly straight.
