It also includes amazing helpful tips and advice for improving your mindfulness. With the purchase came free a build yourself notepad and a tote bag, both of which are fab! And the customer service in the shop was really good. We were made to feel welcome and she had a genuine interest in our visit to the shop and Leeds.

This really is a beautiful diary and the quality far exceeds what you can find on the high street. It really did come fully loaded with everything I needed and I’ve been able to fully customise it to be exactly what I need it to be. Everything is tough and built to last. My only addition was a couple of zip lock folders to keep stickers in which might be something to include in future versions but not essential.
