So many bar spoons now have twisted stems that make it on the hands. A smooth stem lets the bar tender to place the spoon between the upper and lower fingers while the spoon rests on the two middle fingers. This lets the mixer to run the spoon head around the sides of the mixing glass.

I have had the 9” skillet for about a year, and it has become my go-to pan. It cured nicely, and does a wonderful job on steaks, eggs, braised vegetables, everything. It cooks evenly and cleans up in a breeze. I gave the 11” to my grandson for Christmas, who has been to culinary school and loves to cook. He is quite impressed with the skillet.

This is, by far, the best skillet I have ever owned or used. I’ve cooked on 100 year old seasoned cast iron (which was my preferred and go to skillet), stainless steel, and others and nothing, I mean nothing, compares to this skillet. It’s more nonstick than chemical coated pans and there’s zero chemicals. It heats amazingly even with no hot spots or cold areas. Clean up is super easy.
