I’ve been using this hay since my bunnies were babies! They are absolutely in love with it and it smells so fresh! A great shade of green so you know it’s well produced. 5kg bag lasts my buns about a month and a half! But no need to worry, as the shipping is super fast and my recent order arrived in a day.

These are my rabbits and guinea-pigs enjoying Timothy hay blend. It's going down a treat. I chose the plastic free packaging to cut down on waste and the box was sealed well. I've been subscribing to Haybox for 4 years and I'm still impressed with the quality of their products! Excellent!

Hi, this hay is amazing! I admit, I wasn't impressed that the box felt so very light but oh, what a thrill when I opened it. Rory (1 yo brown Funky) always runs laps at the sound of hay being rustled but this time he was pop-corning as well. Have used HayBox for a few years now. My piggies are very fussy and won’t entertain other hays from other companies. Hay always smells good and fresh and delivery is fast. Customer service staff are very helpful and obliging. I won’t buy from anywhere else now. Thank you HayBox!

Yodel somehow managed to damage the original delivery (not sure how you damage two bales of hay, but somehow they managed this). I contacted HayBox and they were fantastic, another package was dispatched immediately for next day delivery (this time by DPD!) Very happy with the level of customer service.

Both the meadow hay & Timothy blend are fantastic! Ruby & Monique both love your hay. The new packaging keeps the hay extra fresh & crisp & I notice that the plastic is recyclable, which is great. Love the fact that I now receive two boxes instead of four! Can’t recommend Hay Box highly enough!

I’ve tried several types of hay from pet and feed stores for my new bunny and he wasn’t eating very much of any, and I came across this free taster box so I thought it was worth a shot. I did quite a good trial with putting it in separate bowls. As you can see he definitely preferred the soft cut Timothy hay, and after getting a similar hay from a feed store and him refusing it again, I guess hay box must have something special in it to make him eat it so much more! I’ve since ordered a 5kg box ...

chu Chu is a very discerning and adored house rabbit, she loves the finer things in her gilded bunny life like botanical blend which has to be sprinkled on her Timothy hay both short cut and long cut. She loves being hand fed her dandelion root. Chu chu loves the haybox as they ensure that she gets her delivery the next day, so that she never has a break in her bunny supplies.

Peanut loves this hay! We had to switch from Timothy Hay as us humans developed an allergy, I had already set up a subscription and decided quite last minute to change and try orchard. It was really easy to change the type of hay in my subscription and within a couple of days we had nice fresh hay! Have come back to Haybox to try the hand picked hay. I stopped ordering when it was changed to the plastic packed bales as I prefer the longer strands and I don't have a problem with storage. My guinea pig boars all absolutely luv the Timothy blend, it's the best of everything, it has crunchy pieces soft pieces, seed heads which is the definite favourite, I luv the smell,colour and texture! I have been buying from Hay Box for years and it’s by far the best quality hay and for the best value too. I’m very experienced in rabbits and I have researched for many years on the best food for rabbits. Wonderful hay, I use the hand packed and it's so fresh and well packaged, the guinea pigs have loved it for a good 3 years now. Wouldn't use anything else by choice. I've occasionally had to use pet shop meadow hay in emergencies and they don't like it one bit... when they get Haybox hay, they popcorn!

The hay quality is very good and good value for money aswell which is important when you have multiple animals that eat hay. I will be using haybox for all my future hay purchases for my animals. I love that fact you can buy the hay in a compressed bag bale as it is really off pointing when hay companies just sell it open in a box if that box is damaged during delivery thats it the whole box of hay is damaged too. Thank you haybox for my animals hay.

These mats are the best. They last for ages and are properly woven and secured. Similar looking products have always unravelled and fallen to bits after a few nibbles. But as you can see from the pic, this mat allows the girls to take a methodical approach to it's destruction. It's a big task.

Bunny loves it. He's a fussy eater if we're talking hay, but somehow he's constantly nibbling on these! I'm absolutely gutted as he's been munching on all four.. 😂 I think his favourite for the moment is meadow hay, although soft timothy and timothy blend are disappearing quickly as well. Definitely can recommend, quick delivery, well packed; it looks like a good quality hay and definitely provides variety for our beloved pets!

Beanie has a tendency for sludge bladder so I'm very careful to provide him with a low calcium diet. The Orchard hay is a great option so I'm very happy with this new addition to Haybox's products.

Always have this hay as well as the blend. My Boarders love the Haybox Softcut, it’s a great hay to have for fussy bunnies and the Guinea pigs love this too. Delivery was quick and the new style packaging saves space as the hay is compressed but still the same lovely hay.
