Two very happy hairy potatoes. They love their Haybox delivery. It's fantastic quality and has been consistently meeting high standards and is notably more dust free than I've experienced with pet shop bought dust extracted hay. Better still when we've experienced delivery issues Haybox has sorted it out promptly without quibble. So I have total piece of mind when buying Haybox products.

Vambo absolutely loves his new hay. He actually jumps for joy, and chatters away. I love changing his house every day just to get that lovely smell of fresh hay. What a fabulous idea! Tried all 3 sample packs in 3 different parts of the rabbit run in a “controlled experiment“ to let the bunnies choose for themselves which one they liked and they both agree. Next time I order it will be soft cut!

After my buns all having a bout of stasis I really wanted to improve there diet. I saw a lot of reviews saying how great the ingredients are but a lot of bunnies didn’t take to the food. My guinea pigs absolutely love this hay and are reluctant to try any other now, so much so I have ordered from HayBox for a couple of years now. All of the hay is so fresh and smells fresh. I buy a combination of Timothy hay, meadow hay and orchard hay. They love all of them. If I have had any problems with delivery the help and care from the staff have been second to none. This company, in my opinion, far outweighs any other that I have ordered from before HayBox. I would definitely recommend....

Really lovely fresh hay. We get the Timothy blend as the guinea pigs love the different textures in the hay. One of our pigs were slightly poorly the other week, totally off their food, but only ate Haybox hay. I am convinced he recovered because it was such good quality.

Really love the idea of this taster pack as I wasn't sure which hay my pigs would prefer the most, and for the price I didn't want to buy a massive bale of something they weren’t going go enjoy! So this is a great idea, and for the record I think they liked the soft timothy the most but all went down a treat. Very happy, will probs get a bigger bale of that when the time comes :)

Jingle and Bell love the hay. They are very happy with it. It is great quality, nice long stems and very little dust. The orchard hay smells less strongly than the Timothy hay that we had previously but the guineas like it just as much. They still manage to spread it all round their cage and onto the floor though!!

I ordered some hay and there was an issue with the courier. I messaged them to say my tracking hadn't updated for a few days. Sam replied to my email straight away and said if it is not updated by next day at lunch time let them know and they will send a replacement.
It didn't change so I emailed and straight away Sam sent out a new order which I received.
Whilst I was waiting for the hay that had problems with the courier I had to go to the pet shop to buy...

Our guineas absolutely love this soft cut hay and we loved the packaging last shipment - 2 bags in a small box that worked perfectly for us to open one bag at a time and pour it into the little box. However this shipment arrived looking like this. So I’m not sure how we’ll store this once it’s opened as the box is very damaged. Definitely prefer the smaller boxes of 2x2.5kg bags than the 1 x 5kg bags.

After being let down last minute by another Timothy Hay supplier and with time running out for getting more for my bunny, I cam across The Haybox... this taster pack was the perfect opportunity to let Shai try out different cuttings and blends... I've never seen him so excited by hay before, he's definitely the coarse and blend type bunny.

I like the new packaging - I know a few people who don't but I always worry about it getting rained on if I don't happen to be home when its left outside the door (I have a small porch, but if its a big box it doesn't fit).
The fact that its wrapped it plastic means it better protected and easier to store. The quality looks the same to me (I haven't actually opened a pack yet). You can also open a pack at a time without the rest spoiling.

Been ordering the Timothy hay blend for over a year now and it’s always so amazingly green!! It stays fresh for ages, even before the new packaging. We had an issue with our last order which seemed like our package wasn’t sent out but DPD were waiting for it, it was sorted quickly and I actually had my order arrive on the day I was told a new box would be dispatched. The dispatch of the new box happened super quickly which I was impressed with.

Delicious hay! Well my Jack the bun thinks so. I must admit that I do prefer the new compressed bales. They save so much space and are more weather proof in transit. The wee man Luke it when I empty the bales into his tubs as he likes to jump in and help himself. The monthly subscription feature is a blessing too - helps me budget my money.
