Ended up ordering the rug twice, but service team quick to resolve the refund, confirm purchase tab shouldn't pop up again after the purchase, could be computer glitch ? Overall excellent experience.

The rug fits the area well - just a little disappointed that the internal rolled up side was flat so unrolled rug has little ridges that I keep tripping over - hopefully will flatten in time. The light pink is a tad too fluorescent but the feel and pile depth are good.

The rug looks good, but the whiter background it’s a lot lighter (cooler white) than in all the photos on the website ( warmer tones, almost golden-ish).
I am not sure I would have bought it knowing it’s so white instead.
Anyways, it looks ok still, the other colours look right.
Hopefully the raised up parts ( from being squashed when rolled up ) will flatten in time.
Feels nice and soft on the feet, easy to vacuum it.

I absolutely did not expect this underlay to work as well as it did. We have a very heavy floor rug sitting on a carpet floor. It constantly buckled and rippled and any foot traffic would create significant movement and ripples . It drove me crazy straightening it all the time. But not now...the Total Grip has been an outstanding success. The rug stays flat and doesn't move at all. Very VERY happy.

It is very light in colour though, lots of white, but this is not a negative! Just something be aware of. Looks great in the bedroom and so nice to walk on. Delivery was really prompt.
