It was packed well, nice size and size range, excellent quality. Like the other reviewer, the colour is light grey/beige white. It is not "fluffy" or as soft as i would like it to be but I think that's my fault for not doing my research thoroughly. Overall, happy this purchase!

We recently renovated our house and had a room where there are computers/desks on one wall and a TV with chairs in the other part of the room. I purchased the Noosa rug to put under my chairs and in front of the TV to make it seem more like a room within a room. The rug has worked perfectly. And the black is just what the room needed, with the weave adding some interest without being overwhelming. I couldn't be happier with my choice or the rug!

Overall we really like the rug. It took a week and a half to be delivered, but was well packaged and arrived in great condition. It is a bit darker than in the online photos, with the border area being more of a yellow/ green than cream. It isn’t super soft, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I love runner...I would hope that you would let the purchaser know of addresses you do not deliver to as some buyers may have paid for the item and are then told you do not deliver to that postcode...a potential problem probably needs to be looked at. I was fortunate I had a sister living in the postcodes you do deliver in otherwise I would have had to ask for a refund.

love the look and feel of this rug, although I think it is a more grey/beige than grey/white. It still works well in my space, but am glad it wasn't any darker as I was aiming for a very white, light and airy feel for the room.

Following on my previous review, a few months since the purchase i have had the chance to properly test and use the rug. Hence Im back with an updated review and feedback. The raised bits mentioned previously have completely flattened up. We have two dogs and they loose a fair bit of hair but its really easy to vacuum it of the rug.
