Thanks so much FLF. Ordered a total of 6 chicks. 2 Ayam cemani, 2 Isbar, 2 olive Eggers. The olive Eggers were not available until January. So they shipped the other 4 chicks. They give the best service and are amazing people at Feather lover farms. I received my 2 Ayam cemani and 2 Isbar chicks. They actually sent two extra. My daughter was hesitant and nervous to open the box. We have ordered chicks from other online chicken farms and have had 75%-90% dead on arrival. This is my second time ordering paint silkies. This time I have only one little paint. I am almost certain I had 2 on shipping because one chic came with the almost white down that paints have. This color will develop black patches (in a totally white baby even!) as their feathers come in. They also have a more outgoing and trusting personality than most other colors. These are beautiful birds and I can’t say enough about how lovely the Frizzled Polish are! They’re bodies are buff colored having soft feathers tipped with creamy white lines. I got this guy from Feather Lovers in AUG 2025 & could not be happier with him. Based on my observations, so far this guy has presented no "leakage". He is well tempered, gentle & flirty with his hens, friendly with people, & snuggly with momma. I don't know if he is perfect by breed standards but he is perfect to ME. Had a great experience with my first ever online chick order. Asked numerous questions via email and received a response within 24 hrs every time. Chicks came healthy and are thriving.
