Was super concerned as I'm on the other side of US (NJ), but chicks came in on the second day alive, active and noisy 😅 which was good to hear. I had everything ready to go for them, witch was a brooder,heat plate, food and water. First thing they did was eat drink and actually go under the heat plate to sleep 🥰. Next day they were so perky and happy, they are growing super fast. I must mention that I got sent few extra chicks for some reason, but that's a good problem to have I guess 😜.

I ordered my two Malaysian Serama along with 3 Indio Gigante. They were actually an after thought, but I emailed the farm and they added them to the order with no problem saving me a second shipping fee. They all arrived in the shipping month I selected. They were packed very well and arrived happy and healthy. They are tiny, not as small as quail, but definitely smaller than the average chicks here on our farm. I ordered on January 9, 2025, and received my Serama chicks on March 20, 2025, alive and thriving. They are beautiful, and I love them. I highly recommend Feather Lover Farms. You will get what you order but it may take for what seems like forever. The wait is worth it.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my order from Feather Lover Farms! Their Ayam Cemani chicks are adorable and healthy, and the unexpected bonus Easter Egger chicks were a wonderful surprise. Their communication was top-notch, and they even included an extra chick for peace of mind. I was nervous about shipping live animals, but they arrived safe and sound. Five stars isn't enough - Feather Lover Farms deserves ten stars for excellent service and quality poultry. I'll definitely be back for more!

I’ve never got ‘mail order chicks’ before and this was a fun and efficient way to go! They arrived within a few days of ordering in good condition to our local post office. They sent me an email saying they were shipped and the post office called me to say they were ready to pick up. I got a variety of colors and I’m excited to see them grow! Aug. 14th, 2025 Received the white Maran chicks today. Wow fast shipping all the way from California to Florida in 1 day!!!! There were 6 chicks and 1 passed away by the time we got home from the PO. They are so cute!!

Very happy with the purchase. The chicks arrived after the official batch date, but that's something I accept with an agricultural purchase. I much preferred having sturdy chicks to fast ones. Feather Lovers did a good job of communicating along the way. Very happy with the purchase and I received a bonus legbar chick!

I placed two orders; the second one arrived promptly as scheduled. However, the first was delayed for two months. After that, I was informed of breeding issues, and it would not be available for a while. As a result, I was offered a replacement. Great service, chicks came as stated, timely delivery. Two of them did not make it, I would suggest faster shipping if you want a lower mortality rate. They worked with me to reimburse for the Cemani that didnt make it. They also sent Lavender zombies which were absolutely beautiful! So lucky to get an adorable *frizzled Serama* (that we named Toffee). Toffee is already so quirky and cute. I’m in love with my little frizzle! All of the Seramas we have purchased from FLF are fantastic. Super tiny, yet somehow they still manage to hold their own in the pen, even against much larger silkies.
