Wonderful quality mantle! I searched forever for a mantle to compliment our light floors and this one is the winner! Very easy to install. Be aware that you mount a strip of wood and should anchor them into studs. Beautiful finish and true to color, the white washed oak is gorgeous.

I received my shelve and it's beautiful. I ordered the 84 x 12 shelve and it's seriously heavy not yet on the wall since I will need another set of hands for that. The installation seems very straightforward so I'm not anticipating any issues with that.

The shelves are solid wood , very heavy. Prepare for an install that requires some thought on placement to use studs as much as possible.

The shelves are beautiful! Beautiful wood, beautiful finish, and very straightforward to install. We got the 66 inch length. So they are very long and heavy. They seem pretty stable on the wall, and even though they have the very slightest bit of forward tip, they seem to be stable and can hold plenty of weight. The slight tip isn’t obvious. We love the mantel and the Jacobean color. We added an electrical outlet on the top side so we can plug in holiday lights, etc. We mounted the mantel on a 3/4" piece of trim to build it out from the wall because we didnt want the stone around it to take awsy from the surface area on the mantel top. We did away with the French cleat attachment because, after installation, it allowed too much play, wasn't snug, and this was a forever installation. The wall we wanted to install was a fire wall or something so we could not find a stud and it wasn't a regular drywall so we couldn’t use the anchor. But we made it! We had to punch the hall in the middle of the shelf so the cords can directly go down to the power outlet. It wasn't an easy installation because of our situation but we love it so much !!

Shelves arrived quickly, but the mantle was back ordered a few weeks. Urbandi was pretty good about responding to my emails asking for updates. All in all, I am very pleased and would recommend Urbandi.

I am an interior designer and I order these shelves for all of my projects. The shelves are beautiful, well made and easy to install. They have a very sturdy, full wood inserted bracket that holds up the shelving, unlike the weak lip system used to install the majority of other floating shelves. I highly recommend them.
