Shopping was easy and straightforward. When the order was behind schedule due to a lot of orders, they were prompt with communication. I ordered 4 shelves - 2 regular and 2 box. Loved them all. The mounting brackets on the 2 box shelves were not centered. I was lucky I decided to check because my shelves would not have been centered on the wall. Took me a bit longer to mount to account for the off-center bracket. They also put recommend drywall mounts in the instructions but didn't include those, just normal drywall mounts. If they recommend them, just charge me and extra dollar or two and put them in there to save me the trip to the store. But I still would 100% order more shelves from them. They look amazing and are great quality. I hope Urbandi makes sure future brackets are centered and include the hardware they recommend for mounting.
