Thoroughly impressed with Urbandi shelves. I purshed 12" deep and 60" wide. Metal mounting fixture is adequately substantial and align well with holes in wooden shelf. Shelf finish was as pictured on website and excellent quality. Custom floating shelf companies cost 2x of what I paid Ubandi. So long as you are slightly handy and have a drill and a level, you can successfully mount as I did. I recommend using self-drilling, ALUMINUM drywall anchors. We are BEYOND HAPPY with our purchase! It has not yet been installed as the fireplace goes in first although I wished to show the detail and craftsmanship. Our installation/finish out crew are elated that the hardware was included along with the weight since it is hollow inside. This do not at all take away from the detailed quality and stain job. Highly recommend this company!

We got the distressed 72x8x8 mantle in Jacobean. This mantle was easy to install and looks beautiful after I whitewashed the brick. It brightens up the corner where the fireplace is. I would recommend this mantle to anyone. Sheila Brosz Rowlett, TX

Really like the mantle. It was pretty difficult to install it with a hand drill and the stone wall, but it came out nice after a few hours of work.

Very pleased with the distressed wood mantel! I wanted to come close to matching our floor color, and I’m really happy with the look. Installation was not difficult and took about 20 minutes. We did have to use longer screws as we were going through shiplap and sheetrock to the studs. Delivery was slower than expected, but response from customer service was prompt when I reached out to them. The product arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I’m happy I found Urbandi!

Love these shelves. They're beautiful and obviously made with care. They were easy to install. With the way the mount is made, I was able to put both sides through studs. They look beautiful. I found them on Etsy, but purchases here to save the maker some fees. Hope it helped.

It turned out great. I highly recommend using lag screws and washers to mount the frame into the studs (see photos). The washers help distribute the load which helps when dealing with soft wood. The screws provided weren't sufficient for the large shelves. Overall, great quality product, and it was easy to install after I got the right fasteners. Bravo.

We got finished floating shelves size 60x8 and 38x8 in maple. There is some slight variation between the two pieces, but love how they turned out overall. Fairly easy to install once you can find the studs in the wall.

I have been wanting a mantel for over 10 years. Came across the Urbandi website and I thought their product looked beautiful. Ordering around Christmas time there was a little delay in receiving the mantel. that was ok because we would not have put it up around he holidays. The solid wood, great craftmanship and made in the USA was a win win. I am so happy with the look and quality of the mantel. Would definitely recommend.

Typically, I don't write reviews but I had to give these absolutely beautiful, solidly made shelves their just due. The shelves enabled me to free-up space enough in my office office to add exercises equipment. The quality of the shelves was evident when I opened the box. The shelves were very simple to hang and added a touch of elegance for displaying my military memorabilia.

I had already purchased a 3 footer from UltraShelf (US) as my first floating shelf, which I found to be A#1 top quality. Love the quality of these shelves. Install was quick and simple due to the design of the bracket. We were able to get these fixed to three studs and you can tell it will easily hold more than enough weight for our laundry room storage. Worth the higher price point.

The mantle is beautiful and the communication in the beginning was great but when I placed my order it gave be an estimated date of delivery and they did send me an email saying they were a little behind but when I inquired about delivery after since my contractor was starting my project the communication was vague.
