Fantastic to be key free. Good app letting you know when the door has been activated. The only issue is that fingerprints do not always work smoothly. Ben H.

Good looking lock and remote open/close via the app is handy , coupled with key tags , finger print and pin code .

This smart lock is genius and easy to use by variety of ways. The only issue is that fingerprints is not always working smoothly

Very disappointed with this product. Not working as described, customer service contacted 4 weeks ago still hasn’t been fixed.

Worst customer service ever! Door lock also poor and needed replacement after 4 years

It didn’t fix my issue and I’ve heard nothing about what’s next, despite numerous attempts to get an update

Unfortunately after several hours of trying to install the lock, it still does not work

could not add tapping cad and could not connect bluetooth.
