Fitted the 3320 about 4 years ago and have had good service from it. Yesterday a small aluminum piece on the internal mounting bracket called the tailpiece link broke rendering the lock completely inoperable either electronically or via the manual latch. Lucky i am handy as I had to bodgy up an old lock I had to make my front door lockable. Had this for around 3 years and worked great for us. Basic model, secure and served all our needs. Never had to bring a key out ever again.
When we had an issue with the mechanicals, we were offered a one-to-one exchange almost immediately and the techinical support team is amazing!

The lock is good looking and function well. The battery cover is not intuitive to take off. Maybe an arrow pointing upwards to indicate"slide up" would be helpful. It does take a little practice to setup your own pins though.

The code feature doesn’t work on iPhones in Australia. Samsung are very tight lipped about it and all they say is “we are working on it” for the past 3 months !!
It’s a nightmare so don’t buy.
I am about to rip it out and seek a refund as I’m about done waiting. This will mean fixing the fire door it’s in probably as I am sure the replacement won’t work in the same holes. So bad.

I purchased a Samsung SMART Lock SHS-3321 from Bunnings. The packaging on the box said SMART the signage at bunnings said it was SAMRT. But once I installed the lock, I found out it's not SMART rather DIGITAL contrary to all the advertising. Then looking at this website I found out that they have changed the name to Samsung DIGITAL Lock SHS-3321. Tried to call. No answer. I feel ripped off. Easy DIY installation, but only 1 Master PIN ,this is the same Only 1 User PIN ,so if you have many people in your house, who know the PIN who can change the master PIN any time , so I think this not safety.

The door works perfectly fine but the front panel got severely cracked from direct sunlight. It is such an embarrassment to have a thousand dollar door handle, which looks really shi**y.
Suggest not to buy if your door gets direct sunlight.

This is the most ineptly designed smart appliance on the market today, it has never worked and Samsung are clueless to fix the ongoing defects which will LOCK YOU OUT OF YUR HOME!!!
The lock managed to actually work for three days, but is yet broken yet again and no hope of a permanent fix in sight?
I have 15 smart devices in my home, this imbasilic device is the ONLY one that doe snot work, and seem to be impossible for Samsung to fix..
