Receive the faulty handle it’s been two weeks and still no one has come out to rectify the issue. Very disappointed.

Good looking & relatively easy to program once you understand the randomiser. Handy tags make it easy

Replacement lock is working well and thanks to video instructions was easy to install

The inside plate being smaller than the outside plate is just silly. It’s covered the holes from the old lock on the outside, but not on the inside.

Fantastic to be key free. Good app letting you know when the door has been activated. The only issue is that fingerprints do not always work smoothly. Ben H.

Good looking lock and remote open/close via the app is handy , coupled with key tags , finger print and pin code .

What a piece of crap! Had to return as literally impossible to program despite following instructions to a tee. Unable to get onto customer service
