Was pretty hard to set up, I ended up having to call tech support but working full time during business hours it was difficult to get in contact with them as soon as I was able to they walked me through the process which has been fine ever since. Highly recommend but if I had the chance I would of definitely had a professional install.

The lock doesn’t work very well. It’s very temperamental. I have not been able to use the lock as it constantly beeps and and you can’t access anything. You can’t access through the app or through the key pad. It’s pretty useless but looks very flashy.

This product will lock every time you close the door so it’s not good for parents with young kids playing outside., the door will lock the moment it closer needing a code tapped in keypad to reopen. Very annoying if you just want door shut to keep weather out but need to go in and out constantly, Otherwise good product.
