Most pathetic post sales customer service I've ever encountered. I'm waiting weeks on end, between communications regarding warranty replacement/returns. And still not had a resolution or a refund. Nothing short of disappointing.

Very safe and reliable

The previous inbody was terrible and kept playing up. I had to purchase another which took an eternity to arrive. I had to prompt them via email to get it sent.

Brought brand new, after installation from a Samsung recommended installer the lock was malfunctioning, I had to replace Mortice lock at my own cost as they wouldn’t warranty it after 1 week of being installed advising incorrect install. Had installer come look and all was correct. Had to buy as needed access to my house.

Love this door handle, no need for keys, easily programmed either for a code, fingerprint or fob. Excellent!
