Experience was terrible, process, timeline and service was disgraceful. I honestly thought this was a scam in the end. Customer service staff took no responsibility to communicate and coordinate install. Booked 8-12am window for install - at 11:30 I called to confirm booking - was told they are finishing another job and would arrive in 2 hours time and this was having waited 2 weeks to have it installed , on top of the 2 weeks it took to lock in order and requirements for plates etc

I had to replace a non working part that was less than a year old. It took weeks to get help and now I have replaced it I have contacted customer service again to know where to return the broken part. No return envelope in the package, and they took payment from me. Customer service will not respond and I want my $150 returned that I had to pay to get the warranty part sent!! Customer service please respond and refund!
