As others have mentioned, the instructions supplied are terrible. But as also mentioned, tech support is A1 and we had our lock functioning in no time. Having the peace of mind of coming and going without constantly chasing keys is wonderful. Well worth the $x

Not quite the right model for our door lock but we used it anyway to protect the screen. Works well.

Have been using this lock for over a month now and what can I say, we absolutely love it. No need to carry keys anymore and can give the code out for one time use. Great product by Samsung.

needed to order this one after the last failed inside 3 yrs.. the delayed availability (2 months) meant I had to buy a complete new door lock to secure the house. this mortice will sit in a box with the previous lock until it's needed.

Love it, no need to find keys. Handy to give tradies a code and delete when they finished work at our home. Highly recommend this lock

Easy to install.

The door lock broke within 1 year of use. Currently a replacement part is going to take 2 or more months meaning that we can't lock our front door. Avoid buying this product. Support for and replacement of faulty parts will take months.

Lock doesnot work well, technician came to attended after long wait and had incorrect part, waited again and no response… still waiting. Customer care is pathetic ! Regret this purchase and strongly recommend not to buy from DDL.

This is NOT a deadlock as it cannot be secured from inside - thus if someone breaks in then they can EASILY exit via this lock. Also the 'finger print' access facility is VERY finicky to operate leading to frustrated entry attempts. But MOST OF ALL, the lack of a dedicated app for operation via wi-fi is a disservice - I will NOT fall for the trap of using a 'general purpose' NON-Dedicated 'Samsung app. Samsung need to do better and service their products properly.

Experience was terrible, process, timeline and service was disgraceful. I honestly thought this was a scam in the end. Customer service staff took no responsibility to communicate and coordinate install. Booked 8-12am window for install - at 11:30 I called to confirm booking - was told they are finishing another job and would arrive in 2 hours time and this was having waited 2 weeks to have it installed , on top of the 2 weeks it took to lock in order and requirements for plates etc
