I have been using my new digital lock for a couple of months now and it has been fantastic. It was really easy to setup multiple users as we are a family of 6 each with their own unique code and fingerprint identification. I have linked it into my google home with no issues and can lock and unlock the door with simple commands. I highly recommend this product for a sturdy easy to use digital lock.

So easy to use We have the wifi connected lock which allows use to use code, fingerprint, tags and even key. Seeing up the tags are way ahead you can't then re-name them so you know which yeah it's being used and by whom. That's a feature I really like.

It was good enough for only the first couple of weeks of installation but felt very disappointed when bubbles started to appear on it and making it hard to see the numbers clearly. Could not believe that such an expensive protective cover can fail in two weeks time, I have had followed all the installation instructions including the video provided. Please suggest if there is any solution.

Purchased two Samsung Digital Locks from Bunnings. 1 x SHP-A30 for the internal garage door and 1 x SHP-DP609 for the front door. Have registered both with DDL for warranty purposes. Would highly recommend DDL for any technical or installation help or have DDL professionally install. As a trades person I installed these digital locks myself with little effort. Love how the locks work and the added piece of mind of remote locking, pin code, fingerprint or fob access for the whole family.

I love this digital lock! No more fumbling for keys, no more worrying about if the door is locked, I can tell when the family gets home from the notification on my phone. I have even set it up with my Google home so I can ask it to open if my hands are full! Installation was a bit tricky, as I have an older house and thinner door frame - but got there in the end (thanks Mr locksmith). Highly recommend this lock, especially if you have other Samsung or Google products.
