This coat is so disappointing! I bought a small (I’m a UK Size 8 and have previously bought from Matte before) and whilst it fits well in the shoulders and arms, it isn’t big enough around the torso (you know how a trench coat is meant to overlap in the middle? this comes tight in the centre). I would need to go a size up but then the arms would be too long: it’s best in future to put the measurements of a coat or at least the model’s size for reference (especially if I can’t return/exchange it)...

It works but the shoulder/ top of your back area is huge and not true to size. Definitely for people with longer torsos & wish that it was advertised for what it is or at least accept returns (unworn).

Overall, a sub-par customer experience. I ordered on Jan. 30th to wear on Vday and, as of Feb. 25th, I still haven’t received my order. I was told my order would ship “by the end of the week” every week after the delay was “resolved,” yet it’s still in pre-transit.
This whole experience and lack of transparency have left a bad taste.

I haven't stopped think about them since I brought them. I read the policy so I know I can't get a refund.
