As a first time buyer the no return policy is horrible when you're a strictly e-commerce store. Given the complaints I feel an exception could have been made. You only have 12 things on the website, which none of them equaled my purchase total so I would need to spend more money just to exchange.

The customer support was shockingly bad. I ordered on Jan 30th for Vday under the pretense that it would “arrive by Feb 5th”. I’ve reached out five times since Feb 5th for an update on my order- each time there was a different reason for the delay but that my order would ship by the end of the week. As of Feb 25th, only the shipping label has been created & order is in pre-transit. I literally just want what I ordered. I’m so tired of the run around.

I’m really disappointed with this company. I returned my shoes for an exchange in a bigger size and followed all the instructions, even emailing and DM’ing multiple times. They completely ignored me, never responded, and then refunded me only after the shoes sold out because of their end-of-summer sale. This was supposed to be for my birthday, and the lack of communication ruined my plans. Customers deserve honesty and respect — not silence
