Pictures online do no justice on how the bike looks and quality built, packaged well, all accessories came in the box, the 8 gears work great and the electric throttle is very torquey, will get you out of trouble quicky. Speed on throttle only reached 28mph and I'm 6'2 tall and 220lbs. On 8th gear was able to reach 31mph. So far I like and are satisfied with my purchase, will recommend this bike Vitilan i7pro to any one.

The order process and fulfillment process was excellent. The bike shipped within 30 hours and received 5 days later. When I removed the bike from the shipping box (no damage) and assembled it (90% already assembled) the gears were not working correctly, the chain was wrapped around the rear sprocket. I had some major issues with a U7 that basically died a day after I received it (shipping was fast, bike was delivered in seven days). Vitalin support immediately sent out a new battery. I received my airbag seat today and replaced the original seat in under 15 mins. The nut was on there too tight for the included tool, so I used a socket wrench. The seat feels much better than the original, although the original was nice as well, but the air bag seat provides more comfort.

The H5 E bike works good, but mine came with some damages. Buying the shipping insurance is a waste of money as it will not cover anything. I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the damage and I was told they will send some touch up (Blue paint is out of stock) instead of a replacement for the damaged product. If you have the early model I7 Pro these do NOT work. The neck is too tall so the nut does not reach the threads. Maybe on the 2.0 or 3.0 they will fit? If you remove the spacer, then the nut will fit and you can tighten it down, but then you get metal to metal grinding when you try to turn. I put a machine flat washer as a temporary fix, but it is not ideal. No help from Vitilan and it was a waste of money.

The key's worked but I had to modify them. The key blanks were not long enough. I had to remove material from the keys so they would go far enough into the lock to turn. The picture I sent shows one modified key, the other key you sent unmodified, and the key from another Vitilan ebike that worked to turn the bike on but not remove the battery. Notice how much longer the key is. But all said and done, I have 2 keys that work. Thanks.

Overall they are as expected and compliment the bike nicely, and easy to install, but they showed up with numerous scuffs/chips in the painted coating. Photos included showing chips in paint, but final install photos there as well.
